Delivery

Products that are in stock are normally shipped from our warehouse 1-5 working days from the order placed. In case of high sales, delays may occur. We try our best to always deliver as quickly as possible. We will of course try to send you your order as soon as possible, but any delays may occur depending on the season and time of the order. Our goal is that all orders received a weekday before 10.00, which in addition only consists of products that are in stock, should be sent the same day. When the products are packed and ready to be sent to you, a delivery confirmation containing package numbers and other information about your order will be sent by e-mail to the address stated in your account. The delivery confirmation is sent when the package is packaged and thus not when the transport has started. It can therefore take another few hours / day before the package can be tracked via, for example, Posten's website. If your order contains both products that are not in stock and products that are in stock, there is the possibility of getting the products that are in stock sent to you earlier than those that are not in the moment. If this were to happen, you will be contacted first by us.

Shipping method
Our packages are transported by Postnord. The package arrives at the nearest mail delivery point. Some orders can also be delivered with home delivery to the door or mailbox.

Shipping Classes
We have different shipping classes with different shipping rates. You see the shipping price on the product page under the price. For orders that exceed SEK 2000, it is freight free.

Cash on delivery
You also have the opportunity to order as a cash advance. You pay when you pick up your package. Please note that in the case of unpacked parcels, the prepayment fee and the administration fee will be charged.

Unclaimed items
We reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, shipping costs etc. You will be charged with a minimum fee of SEK 250 for unpacked packages.
